CONRADO G. DUMLAO	Former Corps. Commander of the UST-ROTC. He graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce at the University of Sto. Tomas in 1955. He entered the Armed Forces of the Philippines and left it as Captain and Asst. Adjutant General at the age of 25. After serving as executive for Chrysler Philippines Worldwide Paper Mills, he decided to make use of his knowledge and experience on military intelligence to commercial intelligence. Thus, the birth of Truth Verifier Systems, Inc. While managing his company, he did not stop educating himself. He too up Master in Business Administration in Ateneo de Manila University and graduated in 1987. He also finished several courses in the United States. Among these are: Lie Detector Course, University of Utah, US Academy of Private Investigation, CA Citizen Police Academy, New Jersey
